Gary began his career with Medtroni c in 1989 as Assistant Corporate He has served the companyh in several financialroles including, Vice Presiden of Finance for Medtronic Europe; Vice Presidentf and Corporate Controller responsible for the financee and accounting functions for the and as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer. Prior to joining Medtronic, Gary was a Senior Audit Manager for PricerWaterhouse where, in additioh to several other responsibilities, he managed the Medtronic audit for nearlty 10 years. He has worked with severaol largecorporate organizations, as well as providing auditg services to numerous non-profit organizations.
