The health information exchange will roll out in Orange Countuy emergency departmentsthis summer. Roll out in Sacramento is expectecdby mid-2011, but could be acceleratede if federal stimulus funds are available, UnitedHealthcare spokeswomaj Cheryl Randolph said in an e-mail.
