The building that will housr the restaurant chain is a Class A building that just recentlhyunderwent renovation. Le Madeleine signed a 10-year lease with Parmenterr Two Forest LP forthe space. La Madeleine said it was attracted to the space because the facilitgy provides the company with the room needef to grow withthe Dallas-based architectural firm Benson and Hlavathy will design the interiorf space.
