The company, a wholly-owned subsidiaru of Worldwide Telecom Xchange CarrieeFZ LLC, a Dubai-based telecommunications investment company focused on aggregating wholesales telephony and data traffic in emerginh markets, is a network servicesx company that provides engineering, sales and marketing, billing and outsource d technical support services. To start, about six employeea will be based at the new headquarterzs with room forfurther expansion.
